Established in 2007, Vision Contracts Ltd is one of the UK’s leading independent building maintenance and M&E engineering specialists, focused within the Living Sector. Headquartered in Hertfordshire, we deliver expert, customer focused facilities management services within the Living Sector, including Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation(PBSA).

Building Insurance Claims Management

Vision provide a comprehensive insurance claims management service, providing expert advice and managing all aspects of the claim process and remedial works.

24/7 Emergency leaks & flood repairs

In the event of a serious leak, Vision offer a 24/7 call out service to trace, identify and isolate the cause of the damage. Vision will undertake all repair works due to the damage and if appropriate handle the associated insurance claim.
